Proven Impact & Results

Web Development Case Studies: Websites, Stores and SEO

Web development case studies from real small business projects: booking systems, online stores, point of sale software, mobile apps and SEO campaigns, with what changed after launch.

Each of these web development case studies follows the same format: what was going wrong for the client, what we built, and what changed once it went live. Numerical figures labelled illustrative are examples, not verified client measurements. Use these stories to understand the project scope and approach.

The work covers the four things small businesses ask us for most. Booking and operations software, like the Alvi Transport fleet booking platform that replaced phone and WhatsApp logs and ended double bookings. Online stores, including KB GSM’s wholesale B2B store and the Genie Fashion Shopify speed work. Point of sale and stock control, such as the four-counter POS system at Star Electric in Saddar, Rawalpindi. And search visibility, where the Servixer SEO campaign fixed the crawl errors holding back its commercial pages.

We also build mobile apps. The STEMP21 learning app was written once in Flutter and passed App Store and Google Play review on its first submission.

If one of these looks close to your situation, the matching service page explains how we would scope it: website development, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, custom POS software, SEO and mobile apps. Or tell us what you are working on and we will point you to the closest example.

How to read our web development case studies

Web development case studies with before and after results for small businesses

Most web development case studies you find online show a nice screenshot and a single big percentage. That tells you very little. A number only means something when you know what it was before, how it was measured and what else changed at the same time.

So each story below starts with the problem in the owner’s own terms: missed bookings, stock that never matched the till, a store that was slow on phones. Then it covers what we built and the stack we used, and describes the intended outcomes. Illustrative figures should not be read as audited results.

Speed figures use Largest Contentful Paint, the loading measure Google explains in its guide to LCP on web.dev. Under 2.5 seconds counts as good. The speed, booking, sales and enquiry figures currently labelled illustrative have not been independently verified. Measured results need a stated baseline, period and source.

What these case studies won’t tell you

They won’t promise your project gets the same numbers. A car rental firm and a phone parts wholesaler start from very different places, and so will you. What carries over is the method: find the job the software has to do, build only that first, and measure it honestly.

If you want to know what a similar build would cost, our pricing page explains how we fix the price before work starts. Good web development case studies should make that conversation easier, not replace it.

Working with clients outside Pakistan

The projects above were built for businesses in Pakistan, but the process is the one we use for clients in the US, UK, Europe and the Gulf: a fixed scope, weekly demos on video and post-launch measurement planned around your own systems. What changes by country is the detail, such as sales tax or VAT at checkout, GDPR cookie consent, US accessibility expectations or an Arabic right-to-left version.

See how we handle each market: US small businesses, UK small businesses, European small businesses and UAE and Gulf businesses, or read our overview of international web development.
