Website Redesign Services for Small Businesses
Our website redesign services are for small businesses whose site still works, but no longer wins enquiries. It might look dated next to competitors, load slowly on a phone, or be built on a page builder nobody on your team can edit. We rebuild it around what your customers need to see, keep the Google rankings you’ve already earned, and do it for one fixed price agreed before we start.
Signs your website needs a redesign
- Visitors arrive but don’t call, book or message, because the next step isn’t obvious.
- The site takes more than a few seconds to load on a phone, or parts of it break on small screens.
- You can’t change a price or add a service without paying someone.
- Your services, prices or brand have changed and the site still describes the old business.
- It’s missing basics customers now expect, such as WhatsApp contact, cookie consent in the UK and EU, or online booking.
Redesign, or just fix what’s there?
Not every tired website needs starting again. If the structure is sound and the problem is speed, a few broken pages or an outdated look, targeted fixes cost less and keep everything you like. A full redesign makes sense when the site’s structure no longer matches how you sell, when the theme or builder is holding it back, or when patching it would cost nearly as much as rebuilding. We’ll tell you which one you need on the first call, even if the answer is the cheaper option.
How we keep your Google rankings through a redesign
The biggest risk in any website redesign is losing traffic you already have. Pages get new addresses, old links break, and Google treats the new site as a stranger. We prevent that by mapping every old URL before we start, keeping the addresses that rank, setting up permanent 301 redirects for anything that moves, carrying over page titles and descriptions that work, and checking Search Console after launch for errors. We went through exactly this when we moved our own site, devsioservices.com, onto a new platform.
How a website redesign project runs
1. Review what you have
We look at your current site, your analytics and Search Console, and the pages that bring in enquiries now, so nothing valuable is thrown away.
2. A written scope and one fixed price
You get a plain-English scope listing every page and feature, and one price split into milestones. No hourly meter.
3. Design for phones first
Layouts start with the phone screen, with the call, WhatsApp or booking button in easy reach, then scale up to desktop.
4. Build, redirect and test
We build on WordPress or Next.js, set up redirects, and test speed, forms and tracking on real devices before anything goes live.
5. Launch and 30 days of support
After launch we watch Search Console and your enquiries, and fix anything that needs it free for 30 days. Monthly maintenance is optional after that.
What a website redesign costs
Small business websites, including redesigns, start from $399, or PKR 35,000 for businesses in Pakistan, and usually take three to five weeks. The final price depends on the number of pages, how much content we write, and any bookings, shop or software connections. See our pricing page for what’s included.
Website redesign services for the UK, US, Gulf and Pakistan
We work remotely with small businesses in the UK, the US, Europe and the Gulf, and in person with clients in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Our team is one hour ahead of Dubai, four to five hours ahead of London and nine to ten hours ahead of New York, so calls are booked in your working day. Website redesign questions
Will my site go offline during the redesign? No. We build the new version separately and switch over once you’ve approved it.
Can you keep my current content? Yes. We keep and tidy what works, rewrite what doesn’t, and tell you which is which.
Will I be able to edit the new site myself? Yes. You’ll be able to change text, prices and images without calling us.
Ready to see what a redesign would involve? Book a free call and send us your current site. We’ll tell you honestly whether it needs a redesign or a few fixes.
