For nine years Devsio Services has built websites and software for other businesses. Today we are launching the first product that is fully our own: Devsio ERP, point of sale and ERP software built for Pakistani retail and wholesale shops. It has its own website at devsioservices.store.
If you have heard of Devsio POS, this is the same software under a new name. It grew well past billing, so the name had to grow with it.
Built in a real shop first
Devsio ERP was not designed in a meeting room. It was built for and inside Star Electric Enterprises, an electrical trading business in Saddar, Rawalpindi, where it replaced paper registers and Excel sheets. It still runs there every day, on thousands of items, real customers and real udhaar. Every screen on the product site is taken from that live system.
That matters because the problems it solves are the ones shop owners actually have: a khata register that gets lost or damaged, cash that never matches the day's sales, stock nobody has counted for a year, and dead stock that quietly eats money in the godown.
What Devsio ERP does
- Point of sale: barcode or name search, F-key shortcuts, discounts, returns, quotations, delivery challans and cash drawer support.
- Inventory: brands, categories, multiple godowns, stock transfers, stock audits, low-stock alerts and CSV import and export.
- Khata and accounts: customer and supplier ledgers that update with every bill, payment and receipt vouchers, trial balance and balance sheet.
- AI Studio: press Ctrl+K on any screen and ask by voice or text, for example today's sale, low stock or a customer's balance. It can also update hundreds of prices at once from a supplier's Excel, PDF or even a photo of the price list.
- WhatsApp bills: send a clean invoice to the customer in one click, with the khata balance printed on it.
- Dashboard and reports: total sale, cash collected, stock value and outstanding udhaar the moment you log in.
Who it is for
Kiryana stores and super marts, wholesale and distribution businesses, electrical and hardware shops, pharmacies and clothing stores. The software speaks the language Pakistani shopkeepers already use: khata, challan, udhaar and supplier lists.
Pricing and getting started
Pricing is shared on request, and the licence, update and support terms are given to you in writing before you pay anything. Getting started takes four steps: a free demo on WhatsApp using your own products, the terms in writing, installation by you with our setup guide or by our team over a call, and ongoing WhatsApp support from the people who built it.
See the full feature list and book a free demo at devsioservices.store/devsio-erp. The site also has practical guides, such as how to choose POS software in Pakistan, keeping khata and udhaar in a POS and moving from Excel to POS software.

Need something built around your business instead?
Devsio ERP covers what most shops need out of the box. If your business runs differently, for example with custom workflows, integrations or a branded system, our custom POS software and custom software services start from the same foundation and are built to your process.
