- Terms of Agreement: By accessing devsioservices.com or commissioning Devsio Services to execute project files, designs, or campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate website usage.
- Bespoke Software Engineering: We execute custom ERP developments, custom database schemas, API integrations, and code optimizations per client requirements.
- Web Design & Development: We deploy speed-optimized landing page templates and custom frameworks (e.g. React/Next.js) tailored for modern digital presence.
- Organic Search Optimizations (SEO): We implement on-page tagging, keyword indices, and backend speed boosts to maximize traffic, subject to third-party search engine changes.
- Google Ads & PPC Campaigns: We design paid ad pipeline networks, optimize conversions, and construct landing pages, tracking ROAS metrics transparently.
- Resource Delivery: Clients must supply all brand assets, vector graphics, product copies, and corporate specifications on agreed timelines.
- Timely Review: Clients must review design concepts or staging developments and submit consolidations within 3 business days of receipt.
- Access Credentials: Clients are required to supply secure access details (hosting panels, domain controls) necessary for live launches.
- Limitation of Guarantee: We do not guarantee fixed search indexing slots or offset service down-times caused by server providers.
- Ownership Transfer: Complete source files, custom code libraries, and final visual assets transfer to the client's ownership upon final milestone invoice payment.
- Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to exhibit visual design assets and client testimonial reviews in our agency portfolio listings.
- Governing Law: All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of Pakistan, resolving disputes exclusively within the courts of the Islamabad Capital Territory.
